Best Practice Awards Program Now Open for Submissions
Program to recognize pioneer integrators at 2011 CE Pro 100 Summit
July 22, 2011 — Innovative business concepts and process improvement strategies from CE integrators from all over the nation may now be entered into the 2011 Best Practice Awards Program. Of the entries, five award winners will be showcased and announced at the CE Pro 100 Summit, November 16-18 in Miami, FL.
The Best Practice Awards Program is designed to identify, showcase and promote the innovative business processes of pioneer integrators in the custom electronics industry. Integration companies submitting to the program gain valuable recognition and contribute to the growth of the custom electronics industry.
"Winning in both the new technology implementation and sales and marketing management categories last year was a huge accomplishment," says Michael Pope, president of Audio Video Interiors. "The awards program gave us an opportunity to really showcase the great things we're doing, while also allowing us to learn from some of the other submissions."
2010 winners also included Logic Integration, SoundVision and Ambleside Logic.
The CE Pro Summit’s Best Practice Awards Program will continue to highlight successful business initiatives in the following categories:
- Financial, Legal and Human Capital Management
- New Technology Implementation
- Production Management (Design and Installation)
- Profit-Generating Strategies
- Sales and Marketing Management
Winners will receive an award, a $500 cash prize and valuable industry exposure. Winning entries will be featured in CE Pro magazine, on the Summit website and in a panel presentation at the Summit. And additional practices of merit will receive coverage in CE Pro magazine and on the Summit website. It’s easy to enter. Just identify the practice category and describe the practice and the quantifiable results it has yielded in 200-400 words. The submission form includes details on what constitutes a quantifiable result and a list of business procedure examples to spark your thought process. Submissions will be accepted at http://www.cepro100summit.com/guests/awards until September 30, 2011.
The 2011 finalists will be chosen by an expert panel of judges, who will examine each entry for originality, innovation and business impact. Winners will be named during the awards ceremony at the CE Pro 100 Summit on Thursday, November 17.
